CUCM process IDLE, CVP ACTIVE
If the CUCM is down or unreachable for a while, then you will see status IDLE, see below image:
Cycle PG1A
Open ICM Service Control and cycle PG1A, see below animation:
Both CVP & CUCM are now ACTIVE
Remember that a RED color means the process has been running for under 10 minutes, and a YELLOW color under 30 mins.
