ICM runs on a AD(Active Directory) domain joined Windows server.
MS SQL (and the ODBC driver ) must be installed on this server too.

Rogger (Router + Logger)
It is quite common to install both the Call Router and the Logger on the same server (rogger), this is what is called Sprawller.
ICM/CCE Service Control
We use the ICM/CCE Service Control tool to see the current status of the main UCCE services

It’s always a good idea to have a shortcut to this executable in your Desktop for easy and quick access this tool is quite frequently used.
